For a second year in a row the Travel Village Group has made it to the finals of the Best Workplaces in Travel 2023 (BWIT) Awards.
All entrants completed a unique and confidential travel employee survey. BWIT reported that 2023 saw both a significant increase in entries and also an extremely high calibre of organisations participate. In fact, they extended the survey to include business travel and cruise lines, in addition to the travel agencies and tour operators from 2022. The BWIT survey is the ONLY one that asks people what’s important to them first and foremost.
For us as a tool in-house, it’s very important, as it helps us gauge engagement levels, but also provides the data to make smart decisions when it comes to our people strategy.
We sent our Marketing Manager, Jess Nuttall, along with Maggie Furlonge and Lisa Brook to the fabulous event in London to hear the winners anounced.
We’re extremely proud to say that we were honoured as a finalist in the Best Mid-Size Category, and recognised as one of the Top 25 Best Workplaces In Travel overall in 2023! A high accolade indeed when up against travel giants like Easyjet Holidays.
