With over 30 years travel industry experience, Paula is the founder and director of The Holiday Village. She has also been the main driver in setting up and implementing processes and support structures around our network of home and office based agents.
Carol has been with the company for over 20 years. She is a fully qualified in finance and accounting.
Daughter of CEO Phil, Jess ‘Mop’ has been with the company since graduating from university in 2014! Jess heads up our group marketing team and she is the 4th generation of the family business!
Lewis joined the company in 2001 fresh from school! Over the years he has gone from helping with IT to discovering a love for marketing, design, websites and river cruising! He now heads up our Group E-Commerce department!
Richard has been in the travel industry, since 2008, specialising in cruise holidays. He has been on over 45 cruises across a variety of lines and is our Group Commercial Manager.
From selling £99 Teletext deals at Airtours, to making the move to Cruise in a variety of roles; training agents, resource & planning, dynamic packaging, product, marketing & content management – Jess has been “in travel” since 2002!
Over 32 years in the Travel Industry working for the family business. Susan enjoys helping our dedicated team of Travel Experts and pride herself on customer service. Recently nominated as Support Agent of the Year at the 2022 AAA Awards.
Karen has previous experience working for M&S, Co-Operative Travel and Thomas Cook. She has over 22 years experience in travel and customer care management management, and heads up our care team of 15.
Carolyn has worked in the Travel Industry for over 32 Years. She started out as a trainee and has worked her way up over the years to Retail Store Manager. She loves booking clients their dream holidays and specialises in cruises!
Lisa’s journey in the industry began in 1988 and has held various roles from Store Manager to Area Manager, incorporating training, marketing, & agent support. Fuelling her passion is witnessing the power of teamwork & outstanding customer service.
Amanda supports our new and existing business owners with marketing and networking opportunities.
With a career in travel home-working since 1997, Amanda brings a wealth of experience to the role.
Dan is the man when it comes to our IT & Communication systems. He looks after the entire Group, both home based and in the office!
