At the annual awards, held in Manchester as part of TTG’s tenth anniversary celebrations, the group was recognised for excellence across both its retail and homeworking divisions, alongside achieving a place in the UK and Ireland’s Top 50 agencies for its specialist river cruise brand.
Major Wins Across the Group
The Holiday Village was named Homeworking Agency of the Year (Small), recognising the strength of its business model, support structure and continued innovation.
The Travel Village retail store in Blackpool was awarded North West Retail Agency of the Year, further reinforcing its position as one of the UK’s most consistently high-performing high street agencies. This latest win builds on a proven track record, with the agency previously securing the same title in 2023 and 2024, and achieving a place in the TTG Top 50 in 2025. The continued recognition reflects its deep-rooted customer loyalty, strong community presence and commitment to delivering exceptional service year after year.
In addition, RiverCruising.co.uk was named among the TTG Top 50 Travel Agencies across the UK and Ireland, reinforcing its status as one of the leading specialists in the river cruise sector.
Emma Andrews was also shortlisted for the Intrepid Responsible Travel Champion award, highlighting the group’s growing focus on sustainability and responsible travel.

Judges praised The Holiday Village for successfully combining a 65-year family business legacy with forward-thinking innovation, highlighting its strong support network for homeworkers, including a dedicated Emergency Response Team and investment in product marketing and data-led decision making.
The Travel Village Blackpool store was recognised for its exceptional customer loyalty, with an impressive repeat booking rate and continued investment in both team development and customer experience, including dynamic packaging training and accessible in-store improvements.
RiverCruising.co.uk was commended for delivering consistently high levels of customer care, backed by its eleventh consecutive Platinum Feefo award. Judges also highlighted the impact of the brand’s River Cruise Concierge service, exclusive hosted sailings, and the ongoing success of the Travel Village Group River Cruise Academy in driving knowledge and growth across the business.
