The Travel Village Group, an award-winning 4th generation family business, has launched their Christmas “We Give You More” campaign. In an initiative that not only rewards travel professionals within the business, they also recognise the need to be mindful during the festive period. Much like the infamous 3 Wise Men; the Group’s leaders, Paula, Phil & John, come bearing gifts.

“Paula thought it would be great if we created an “Advent Calendar Giveaway” in association with our tour operator partners.”
“Each day, right up to Christmas Eve, there is an opportunity for our tour operator partners to impart a great sales message or incentive to our team. They’ve been incredibly generous and have also offered up a daily prize to one of our team, in return for engagement with their messages and training. It’s a real win win and keeps us focused on business through December which can be a quieter month.”

“We’re contributing to everyone’s Christmas Dinner by providing Sainsburys vouchers to every single member of staff within the business. Regardless of whether it’s turkey and trimmings, curry and sides or any other preferred Christmas Dinner, as a family business we wanted to make sure that no one in our business had to worry about Christmas Day dinner.”
“Our third gift is to a charity that is very close to our hearts here in Blackpool. We are providing and collecting items of clothing for the Salvation Army‘s homeless campaign and food for their Christmas Day dinner for the homeless.”
