Travel Village Group top sales agents and Holiday Village business owners were rewarded, in May 2024, for their amazing accomplishments. How? Well, with a fabulous trip to Dubai, in conjunction with Gold Medal!
Phil and Paula [Nuttall] joined Pat Curtis, Laura Featonby, Wendy Haines, Rob Lewis, Jayne Nelson, Martin Owens, Karen Whitmore and Gillian Williams at Manchester Airport to get their 3-night trip underway in style. The VIP trip was hosted by Leigh Lavery from Gold Medal and Clare Hamilton from Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts at the Emirates.
Treating the top sellers to the best-of-the-best means epic hotels and experiences will ensue…
Hotels were 5-star as standard, with Jumeirah Beach hotel as their first stay, followed by the Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf, and finally the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.
Experiences included time at the Wild Wadi waterpark, lunch at the Dhow & Anchor, the Jumeirah Walk, the Abra & Madinat Souk, hosted dinners and more.
With iconic views from their rooms, and elevated experiences such as welcome drinks at the Floor 24 terrace of Jumeirah Beach, this is what being a VIP is all about.

Back from the most amazing trip to Dubai with fellow VIP’s. It was an amazing experience, and we ate like Kings & Queens! Thank you to my fellow colleagues for the fun, laughter and inspiration! Dubai was so different to what I imagined, and in a positive way. We did hotel inspections, and I have never seen so much gold and so many fresh flowers! Each hotel wowed me, and I loved them all for different reasons. We saw the tallest structure in the world – the Burj Khalifa – although I wasn’t brave enough to go up it, and had cocktails on the top floor of Burj Al Arab – what an experience!

We glided in under the cover of darkness on Emirates A380, and woke up in one of the best playgrounds on earth, with a selection of the very best Village People! This was an UNBELIEVABLE trip. From 7 Stars to Super Cars, I cannot wait to get back and share this amazing adventure with you all!!
