We’ve invested heavily in technology throughout, and since, the Covid-19 pandemic; updating the back office systems and our customer-facing websites. We have also added resources to our care and support teams, ensuring that our award-winning customer care extends not just to our clients, but to the cruise and travel experts within our network also.
Aside from receiving cruise leads generated by our marketing; if you also have an appetite for a challenge to go out and find your own cruise clients, then our open-door policy and history of customer care will give you a solid foundation to build on.
Regardless of whether your preference is Ocean cruising or River cruising, you will also be free to promote and sell any non-cruise holiday under our ABTA number. We have access to hundreds of tour operators, contracted under the MidCounties Cooperative Consortium.
