We are absolutely thrilled to share that our very own Jenny Higgins has been named one of TTG’s Thirty Under 30 for 2025 – an accolade that celebrates the most inspiring young people in the travel industry who have made an outstanding contribution to their business.
More than 130 talented young people from across the industry applied for a place in this year’s cohort, supported by headline partner TUI and the Institute of Travel & Tourism (ITT). Following a rigorous judging process – including a written submission and one-minute video pitch – Jenny was selected as one of just 30 individuals to make the final cut.
In just a few short years, Jenny has become an integral part of the Travel Village Group family. Her passion, creativity, and drive have seen her quickly become an integral part of the Travel Village Group family. Whether it’s supporting the team, driving ideas forward, or inspiring others with her positive attitude, Jenny truly embodies what our business is all about.
Over the coming year, Jenny will take part in a series of exclusive networking events, including inspirational dinners and social events with industry leaders. As part of the programme, she’ll also receive complimentary ITT and AWTE memberships, opening the door to even more opportunities for learning and growth. To have Jenny included in this prestigious group is a moment of immense pride for all of us at TVG.
Her success is testament not just to her individual talent, but to the team culture we’ve built – where ambition is nurtured, achievements are celebrated, and everyone is encouraged to grow.

I’m incredibly proud to share what I consider my biggest achievement to date – being named one of TTG’s Thirty Under 30 for 2025.
I truly can’t thank Paula and Phil Nuttall enough for their constant support and belief in me. Their guidance has been instrumental in helping me grow my career so quickly.
But it’s not just about leadership. I truly believe that TVG is a place like no other. We’re, as cringey as it may sound, one big family, and without the encouragement of my amazing colleagues, I wouldn’t have even nominated myself for this award.
Now, it’s time to make the most of this opportunity. I’m excited for a year of learning from industry leaders, collaborating with my fellow cohort members, and growing alongside some of the brightest future leaders in travel.
