Carnival UK Cruise Awards is an annual event that recognises and celebrates excellence in the travel trade, for those that support the cruise industry. The awards are hosted by Carnival UK, a subsidiary of Carnival Corporation & PLC, which is one of the largest global cruise companies.
The awards ceremony, in January 2023 held at Madame Tussauds, London, is a highly anticipated event in the cruise industry, as it recognises and honours the best of the best for each Carnival UK brand. The brands are Carnival Cruise Line, Cunard, Holland America Line, P&O Cruises, Princess Cruises and Seabourn.
Over the years, the Carnival UK Cruise Awards have become a respected and coveted recognition in the industry, with many agencies striving to win one or more awards. The awards ceremony is attended by leading industry figures, media representatives, and travel agents, making it a high-profile event in the travel awards world. TV presenter, Mark Durden-Smith presided over the events where each brand announced winners and agencies that were highly commended for their “partnership achievement” or “outstanding contribution”.
Winning the P&O Cruises Partnership Achievement award is more than just an award, it’s personal. P&O Cruises was the first cruise line my grandfather worked with, upon the addition of Oriana to the P&O Cruises fleet back in 1966. Now, over 56 years later, we are still being recognised by P&O Cruises for the hard work and support we show for the UK’s leading cruise company. None of this could have been achieved without our amazing and loyal customers, and our incredible team here at the Travel Village Group.
