Your Flight - Very Important!
You must complete your passenger details in the airlines system. It's quite straight forward and no doubt familiar to you. You will need your flight reservation number to do this. If you do not have it, please call or ask your travel consultant who will give it to you. Or call our admin team on 01253 40 11 22 who will also assist you.
We highly recomend that you do this as soon as possible, then it's out of the way and one less thing to worry about. Your travel documents cannot be released or seats reserved until this has been completed. Thank you.

Cruise Passengers - Your Cruise Personaliser.
We highly recomend that you do this as soon as possible.
This is where you book / reserve your excursions and enter the important details such as passport numbers and insurance details etc.
Some excursions book up quickly and we do not want you to miss out. Also - your travel documents will not be released until this has been completed. Thank you.

Passport & VISA
We work with the established and trusted Travel VISA Company when your tour operator does not provide "group visas". This link will take you directly to their website where you can research in greater detail:

Every person on your booking must hold a valid 10 year Bio-metric passport. Some children will have 5 year passports in accordance with the UK Passport Office. More details can be found here:

UAE Entry Requirements & Medication. Updated 18 Oct 2018
Some prescribed and over the counter medicines that are available in the UK are considered controlled substances in the UAE and can’t be brought into the country without prior permission from the UAE Ministry of Health. Guidelines on carrying personal medication into the UAE and a list of controlled medicines can be found on UAE Ministry of Health website.

Mobility Issues
If you have any questions regarding assistance including but not limited to taking a motorised scooter / wheelchair please inform me or the team on 01253 40 11 22 immediately. Cruise lines and touring holidays do have restrictions on the carriage of these and failure to inform us at the time of booking and / or travelling without permission in writing could result in refusal to travel.

Flight Times / Details
We have to tell you that the airlines do reserve the right to change their aircraft, carrier (code share flights for example Virgin & Delta) and flight times in rare circumstances but within CAA rules.

E-Cigarettes Please Take Note
Countries are chaning their rules on e-cigarettes regularly! If you use an e-cigarette then it is YOUR responsibility to check with the Foreign office about local laws governing the carriage and use of e-cigarettes.
For example - Thailand has banned e-cigarettes. The Thai ban on e-cigarettes could lead to ’10-year jail term.
Please be aware of a Thai law that prohibits e-cigarettes being brought into the country. People can be fined £125 or even threatened with jail for having an e-cig in Bangkok. Advice on the Foreign Office website includes a paragraph stating:
“These items are likely to be confiscated and you could be fined or sent to prison for up to 10 years if convicted.”
We do not want any of our clients falling foul of this new law introduced in August 2017.
