We are absolutely delighted to share some wonderful news. Last night, at the glittering TTG Travel Industry Awards 2025 held at London’s iconic Roundhouse, our very own Gillian Williams was crowned Cruise Agent of the Year.
The TTG Travel Industry Awards are one of the most prestigious events in the UK travel calendar, with more than 800 guests gathering to celebrate the very best agents, suppliers, and innovators in travel. Hosted by TV favourite Dermot O’Leary, the evening shone a spotlight on those who go above and beyond for their customers.
Gill’s passion for cruising, her unrivalled knowledge, and her dedication to her clients made her stand out to the judges. Every day she works tirelessly to deliver the very best service and to find the perfect cruise holiday for each and every customer.
Speaking to TTG, Gill shared what the award means to her and her business:
I hope it will help our business grow. I’m always busy anyway, but I just can’t wait to tell all my customers. On the train down to London today I was saying to them, ‘I won’t win, but don’t worry, I’ll be fine.’ I was just thrilled to make it to the final stage – but now I can go back and tell them I actually won!
As a fourth-generation family business, nothing makes us prouder than seeing our team recognised on such a stage. This award is not just a personal triumph for Gill, but a reflection of the care, expertise, and passion that she delivers every day to our customers.
We are also proud of the continued recognition our team receives at these prestigious awards. Last year, Sam Charij was shortlisted for the same award. And this year, alongside Gill’s win, we had three other finalists:
